ACTION Termite and Pest Control formed a strategic partnership with EcoServ Pest Elimination. EcoServ is a commercial pest control company based in Phoenix, Ariz. The collaboration marks a significant expansion into the commercial pest control sector and reaffirms ACTION’s goal of servicing commercial customers.
“With decades of commercial pest control expertise, EcoServ will be instrumental in helping us scale our commercial services throughout the Southwest region,” said Brent Agee, CEO of ACTION Termite and Pest Control. “Steve Fisk, founder and former owner of EcoServ, will continue his leadership as vice president of commercial services. EcoServ’s impressive portfolio, which includes large commercial accounts from resorts, food chains, malls, colleges and more, aligns perfectly with our vision for expansion.”
Following the partnership, EcoServ’s operations and client relationships will be fully integrated into the ACTION brand.

This partnership adds to ACTION’s plan of expanding its capabilities and offerings to Valley customers. The partnership marks ACTION’s fifth partnership in the Phoenix metro area in 2024 following previous partnerships with Sun Lakes Pest Control, a pest control company based in Chandler, Ariz, CimeX Control, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., Friendly Pest Control, based in Payson, Ariz., and Affordable Pest Control, which serves the East Valley region in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
